I’ve been going through my old posts, adding tags[1] and I’ve noticed that I’m a lot less rambly than I used to be. Most of my posts now have a reason. Some even make half sense. I’m not quite sure when this began, but really, it must be stopped. The whole situation is abominable and must be stopped.
Which of course, leads to question, can I go back to those “good old days”?
And the answer: well, I just don’t know, we’ll have to wait find out.
In other news, I’ve started watching The Young Riders on Channel Six. Awww. nostalgia how are you.
I used to watch this many many many years ago when it was on RTE. It is crap. But still. And look, dvd release!!
Six are up to episode 7 but I’ve only watched 2 and a half. And I loves it. Mainly for Josh Brolin. Cause I loves him[2] Plus cowboys are cool. Nuff said
Had no idea that Josh Brolin was the guy from the Goonies until I saw the link mouseover in this post.
just followed your link to "the good old days" haha! :D
and cowboys are most definitely cool (as is josh brolin). do you think he's as much of a loose cannon in real life as he appears to be in films and tv?
I don't love him in The Goonies James, but yeah, that's Josh Brolin (James Brolin's son).
JP Your comment made me think "good old days link", and then I realised that that was the inserted by amazon link :) But it is quite funny.
Well he did once get arrested for hitting his wife. But then she dropped the charges and they are still together, so who knows what he is like in real life.
I've never even HEARD of Young Riders, unless I have and just don't remember, which is highly likely. In fact, it's probable. In fact, I was probably just watching it last night. And Fency, I like when you ramble. Ramble on, fellow Fanta.
I'm just in awe of the post title! That's me in a nutshell… ;) As far as going back to the good old days, it's still up for debate. Other than the time you lived it, I think most things are overrated. That being said, I'm always convinced something else is always better than here. Go figure.
Kells I like rambley me too :)
Livewire, that is actually a line from the Young Riders, Jimmy says it to Cody at some stage.
And yeah, the good old days usually weren't so good. Just old and misremembered
