Well France played England today, and I actually got out of bed before 9 on a Sunday morning to watch a match that Ireland were not involved in. Wish I hadn’t. I really did think that France were a lot better than the way they played, and I don’t like England’s style of play at all. Plus the conditions didn’t help to create a great game. Still congrats to England on getting through to the final. think the final score was 24 to 7, but I really wish that they would go for a try every now and then. The odd drop-goal is great, brings a bit of excitement, but for that and penalties to be virtually the only way to get points on the board is a bit crap.
Then again, winning is winning and I suppose that is what its all about.
