Another film that I kept meaning to rent but never got round to it, till C4 showed it tonight. I really don’t know how to describe this film. It is quirky and charming, and really you’ll have to watch it to understand the plot. Not that it is complicated, simply that trying to tell you would ruin the film imo.
But basically it revolves around a girl Amelie. After finding a little tin box containg a child’s toys she tries to track him down and return his long lost property. After this, she decides to help as many people as possible, including workmates, family and strangers.
Quirky and fun, this film is all about the characters, and the actors do a great job.
