Was flicking around and came across an episode of featuring Mr. Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin. He was in Sumatra, having a great time with the elephants and occasionally harassing a snake. You can’t watch any of his shows without realising how passionate he was about animals, and what a good time he had, even when it turned sad, like with the case of poor little Naught the baby elephant who died.
The world really is a less fun place without him. I suppose we’ll always have the repeats, but it somehow isn’t the same.

I was watching that too. Poor little Naught. And Stevo was so frustrated and saddened by his inability to save her. He really was a fantastic fella – so much passion and devotion to animals.

I have a hard time watching the reruns, they make me sad.

Hey, Fence. I’m well, thank you. I’m procrastinating, too. Blogging really was invented by procrastinators, I’m sure of it.
Sadly, due to the complete lack of television reception I have had for the past six years of my life, I have only seen snips here and there of Steve’s show. While for the most part, I did not miss the boob tube, that is probably one show I would have tuned into on occasion.
The world needs more people who are as passionate about it as he was.
How are you?

Hey H Stevo was the man.
Hi Jenn, thanks for stopping by, they are sad, but at the same time you know that Steve really enjoyed his life and had a great time. So you can’t be too sad.
Talena, procrastination is merely a way for us all to be productive in different ways :)
