Of course part of the attraction in America is that the casinos are run by the Native Americans. Still, I suppose Ireland could compete there as well, and have them all staffed by nuns.

I don’t think that there are enough nuns left, maybe if we could genetically modify donkeys so they’d have opposable thumbs they’d do the job.
