    I hate to be disloyal to Jayne but I'm loving the new avatar. Really. Plus, maybe random punters will stop assuming you're a boy now.

    One of the things I loved about Kaylee's look in the pilot was how she was wearing her engineering gear but had her pretty/useful sunshade, her cute sandals and her Chinese jacket with her hair casual but up. It was exactly right – all the pretty without overdoing it and making it seem like she was trying too hard. I don't think she ever looked better. Not even in the layer cake….

    Well at the moment Jayne is still around, so we've the best of both worlds.
