The Steerswoman series ; 4

If you haven’t read the previous books in the series then this is not the place to start. Go back to book one and follow Rowan and Bel on their journey from the start. You’ll love it.

I love the way that this is a story all about knowledge and logic, and using your brains to figure stuff out. That might sound boring, but it is anything but. Rowan is a great lead character, constantly questing and learning how her world works in order to make her life better, in order to help her people, but also because she loves learning. She loves understanding how the world works.

I also love the relationship between Bel and Rowan, and how they complement each other. They are both strong and capable, although in different ways, and they bring out the best in each other.

It is also great to see Will again, and see how he has changed and grown in his years away.

Honestly, this is just such a great series that I can’t do more than say read it! especially as it looks as though the next book will be released next year so you’ll have plenty more to enjoy.
