Susan discussed literature?

I have since reconsidered the name and am going with Books are dangerous, yet another Terry Pratchett inspired name. You’d think I really liked his books or something :)

Ever since Estella’s Revenge came to an end I’m been vaguely thinking that maybe a book forum/discussion site might be a nice idea. So, with some encouragement from Anne I have decided to give it a go. At the moment I’m keeping it on the blog’s url until I can figure out if it needs a url/space of its own. So I guess you could say it is in testing.

Let's discuss books!

My main plan is to have a theme for every month, and contributors would write an article on however they interpreted that theme, I think we would need between 4 & 6 every month, with at least two featured every week. This would be sticky posts, and in that part of the forum people would only be able to reply to them.

In the rest of the forum it’d be up to the users to generate discussion and whatnot. And although the focus is on books there will be an off-topic section for any randomness desired.

I’m also hoping that to have a fiction section for short stories and the like. If anyone is interested feel free to check out the test site or let me know what ideas you might have. We’ll need some moderators as well as writers, so there should be plenty to do for anyone interested.

I'm all alone at the forum!! I feel like the King of the World — or something. :-)
