It's to read every novel on the bookshelf, working upwards and right-to-left. We've accummulated hundreds of books over the years, of all sorts, so it's quite an undertaking...the essence of the challenge is I'll give ANYTHING a go, as long as it's not: 1) A war story 2) A mystery (not books, but puzzles in prose) 3) A thriller, whether financial or political or any other kind Right now I'm reading a publisher's proof of An Imperfect Lady by Sarah Harrison. The Choking Doberman, or the Vanishing Hitchhiker. Very entertaining, and you'll learn how several American multinationals are run by Satanists.
