Week 240
Okay, quick mention of the RWC again, I’m going to remain positive. I didn’t watch much of the post-match dissection on the telly, it would have annoyed me far too much, but I did catch a couple of interviews with the players, and at least they were all brutally honest about the performance. And as Donncha O’ Callaghan says, it isn’t all bad. We did get our win, our 4 tries, our bonus point. It is still all in our hands. If we win all of our games then it won’t come down to points difference and this will just be a poor performance as we get our arses in gear. Still, we’d want to improve before we face Georgia, and who’d have thought I’d be saying that at this time in the competition.
