There was the front of a camel — a half-camel.

Thursdays. You gotta[1] love Thursdays. Only one more day to the weekend. Not that I have any great plans for the weekend, but that isn’t the point. Indeed it is quite far from the point, possibly it is a blunt hole[2] But this weekend I may not even get my lie-in, cause the digital peoples are coming on Sat morning, and that is about as definite as they get time-wise, so I’ll have to be up and dressed then. And on Sun the parentals may be around. Two of de brothers are going to the rugby[3] so they were thinking of driving up and doing some shopping[4] Course they might not be travelling yet, and even if they do they might not come to my place, so maybe I’ll get my snoozing done then.

Oops, saved this many many years[5] ago and meant to post it, but didn’t. And now I’ve forgotten if I had more to add or if all this rambling was all that I was going to say. Here, amuse yourselves with this:

Tara Maclay
45% amorality, 36% passion, 72% spirituality, 63% selflessness
What a woman! (Or man, as it may be…)

Tara is a moral, centered, spiritual and selfless person… rather, I suspect, like you. People like this make those around them love them.

Congratulations! (and stay away from windows, just in case)

Re footnote 3, only if you cross yours.
I hope you get some sort of a lie-in.

And now of a good laugh:

    Buffy Summers
    45% amorality, 63% passion, 45% spirituality, 63% selflessness
Well, what can one say? Passionate, down-to-earth, unfailingly moral (ehh, basically) and utterly selfless.
    In short, a hero.

(To be fair, I didn't answer the loved one v. 10 strangers question. I figure I'll make that decision when I get there.)

Also, nah, not a big fan of Thursdays, but because I'm 63% selfless, you and countless other buzzards can share my belongings.

  2. Ann says:

Argh, but I HATE Thursdays and yesterday was particularly crap. You're welcome to take possession of most of my stuff though. Just not the laptop. Anything but the laptop.

  3. Harlequin says:

And I'm Willow. Hey lover. ;-)

  4. Kelly says:

Isn't that a gorgeous picture of Tara? Anyway, dammit Fence, I was in a bad mood and didn't care about anybody last night, and so guess who I was? ADAM. I'm SO SURE. He doesn't even have a SOUL. I'm going to retake it based on a softer, sweeter me this morning, and see if I can possibly manage getting Spike.

I'd love to get Spike, of course.

  5. Kelly says:

Well, that's better. This time I got Tara. STILL though. SPIKE. sigh.

  6. Fence says:

I dunno Anne, if we beat the Aussies, and you crowd lose again then we'll be ranked second in the world. How cool would that be? Then again, I'd really like the All Blacks to lose, so yes. Fingers crossed for you too.

Trouble is Ann, you read the post, thereby acknowledging that Thursdays are great.

Why do you always resort to magic to solve your problems H?

Kells, you are me. And me is you! Apart from when you are feeling evil and want to destroy the world, and have a nuclear core.
