Forgot to mention that the Premiership has started[1] and, as prompted by a post on weenie’s blog, I’ve started a Fantasy Premiership Team. We aren’t doing so good.

I’m in this league, and have just started a brand new one, so if you want to join the league code is 289428-62024

    Yay, you’re no longer bottom of the league! But you’re not quite safe from relegation, but it is early days! :)

    Anne, next match is Saturday. And of course you can cheer, though I can barely remember my players so not sure exactly who you’d be cheering for :)

    Well, my real life team is second from the top of the Premiership League Table (we were top last week) so I don’t need no fantasy team. West Ham are my fantasy… :-)

    And of course they are going to stay there… Remind me who they played, Blackburn hmmmm. And this weekend its Newcastle. I’d be betting on Newcastle. Of course Given is my goalie, so that stands to reason.

    Hammers did make a good comeback, but still have them down fighting the relegation battle towards the end of the season sorry!
    My team? Who else but the European Champs, who did start their Premiership campaign with a bit of a whimper.. :(
